Ross and Mary are dedicated to leadership development in Ecuador. They hope to find a permanent site to develop a centre for theological education and spiritual formation for pastors and leaders. Mary has been involved in a women’s prison ministry where she runs a Bible study and worship time. She counsels and helps women who have newly come to faith transition to the outside.
