Position Opening — Pastor of Family Ministry

, ,

This is a unique position in a growing and vibrant young church that ministers to people with an affinity for the western lifestyle (Cowboy Church). PFM will be a community minded individual with a passion not only to serve those within the congregation but also to build relationships in the larger community as a whole.

PFM works closely with the Senior Pastor and Leadership Board, but the PFM must be able to function individually as well. The candidate must excel in an innovative environment and be comfortable with a measure of uncertainty and change.

PFM will be a well-rounded individual who understands the need for both evangelism and discipleship of believers and demonstrates a genuine call to ministry.

This is a highly relational position. We see the church as an active community that functions within a larger community of believers and non-believers alike with whom we interact, build relationships and bless in the name of Jesus.
