Manitou EFC is located in the village of Neilburg, Saskatchewan about 45 minutes southeast of Lloydminster. Neilburg is an agricultural community with a strong oilfield industry. There are many services in the community including an arena, curling rink and soccer fields. MEFC is a multi-generational church with average attendence of about 140 with lots of young people and children. The youth ministry is active and growing with around 35 youth in weekly meetings, many of whom are from outside the church.
