Since 1994, Earnest and Effie have been involved in mentoring, modeling and mobilizing various people into church planting, missions, and leadership roles throughout Latin America. Additionally, they prepare resource materials for Bible studies/classes and ministry helps. For the last 4 years, Effie and a team have put together an annual DVBS packet.
