Benevolence Fund

The Benevolence Policy states that “because people in need matter to God, as part of the ministry of the EFCC, benevolent financial assistance may sometimes be provided to individuals or families who are in a time of crisis or who are experiencing financial or material needs.”  This help could be for medical situations, to alleviate poverty, and to provide food and shelter and other basic needs.

Any missionary, RMF or mission leader who is aware of such needs can apply to the Benevolence Fund for help and will be held accountable for how those funds are distributed.  A Benevolence Committee is established to to determine how these funds will be disbursed.

Designated Gifts Policy

Spending of funds is confined to organization-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated towards an organization-approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that, when the need for such a program or project has been met or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions designated for such program or project will be used where needed most.
