Here it is — the first episode of PulseTV ever! Take a look, and tell us what you think below in the comments. All told, it squeaks in just under 4mins long — hey you were about due for a coffee break anyway, right? :-)

In future episodes of PulseTV, we’re hoping to tell a wide range of stories from within Canada and around the world. If you know of a compelling story that you want to share with the greater EFCC community, fill us in. You can tell us about it in the comments, and be sure to let us know how to track down more information. Or maybe you have a topic suggestion. We welcome those, too!

    Bill and Rich,
    Good work. I look forward to more engaging TV options. I liked being informed about what was happening in both local and overseas missions.

    What a thrill to hear about the venture to Oxford House. We here at Saskatoon EFC have also partnered with a native outreach work in Buffalo Narrows Saskatchewan as part of our commitment to Five Zones Of Ministry. We sent a youth team of over twelve people last December and are sending another team of 17 teens and adults in mid-April for several days of outreach. We are also hoping to send a team in the summer to lead a 5-Day Club in the community and help with structural needs. Facebook IS a wonderful tool for staying in contact, as we have discovered. The work at Oxford House is an encouragement to us that we’re on the right track

    That’s cool, Al! Encouraging like-minded ministry is exactly what PulseTV is all about!

    I wonder if there’s a way we can tell these similar stories in a more complete way. PulseTV is too short for that, but I’ll try to keep it in mind when the new website goes live.

    Bill and Rich;
    I enjoyed your first episode of “Pulse TV”. We use Easy Worship at our church to compile our church service projection schedule. Easy Worship needs an MPEG 4 video format to add it to the schedule. Is there a chance you may also be offering “Pulse TV” in MGEG 4 format in the future?

    Yes, certainly. This is the kind of feedback we’re looking for. I can export to nearly any video format. I will upload this episode in mp4 today, and I’d appreciate hearing back from you whether or not it works for you.

    Good day;
    Yesterday I left a comment on having the mpeg4 video format available for the Pulse TV download. Thanks for providing that so quickly. We tried it tonight on the Easy Worship program and it works great and gives excellent quality picture and sound.
